Remarks:	Notification of the entry into force of Decision No. 1 of 2007 of the Joint EFTA-Singapore Committee concerning amendments to Annex III concerning processed agricultural products. Taking into account that the EFTA States have revised their agreements with the European Community on processed agricultural products, by expanding the product coverage of these agreements and providing for improved concessions for the products covered, the Decision updates Annex III to ensure products originating in Singapore are accorded treatment no less favourable than that accorded to any other State. Additionally the Annex has been updated according to changes in the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS), which entered into force on 1 January 2007.
