Please note that in accordance with paragraph 23.1 and Annex 5 of the Treaty on a Free Trade Area between Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, Tajikistan, and Ukraine, as for relations among the Parties, the Agreement on the Free Trade Area (CIS Agreement) signed on 15 April 1994 shall be terminated.
