Remarks:	In accordance with Paragraph 1(a) of the WTO Transparency Mechanism for Regional Trade Agreements (WT/L/671), the EFTA States (Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Kingdom of Norway and the Swiss Confederation) have the honour to inform the Members of the World Trade Organization of the start of negotiations on a Free Trade Agreement with the Republic of Ecuador on 14 November 2016 in Quito, Ecuador. The Agreement was signed on 25 June 2018 in Saudarkrokur, Iceland.
