Remarks:	Notification of the entry into force of Decision No. 1 of 2008 of the Joint EFTA-FYROM Committee concerning amendments to Annex II concerning fish and other marine products. Technical amendments to Table 1 and Table 4 of Annex II to the EFTA-FYROM Free Trade Agreement to harmonize the scope of the Annex, taking into consideration developments in international trade in fish and other marine products and in particular the discussions taking place in the WTO regarding the definition of fish and fisheries products.

Remarks:	Notification of the entry into force of Decision No. 2 of 2008 of the Joint EFTA-FYROM Committee concerning amendments to Protocol A concerning processed agricultural products. Taking into account that the EFTA States and FYROM have revised their agreements with the European Union on processed agricultural products, by expanding the product coverage of these agreements and providing for improved concessions for the products covered, the Decision updates Protocol A to ensure that products originating in FYROM and the EFTA States are accorded treatment no less favourable than that accorded to the European Union, when imported in to each others markets respectively.

Remarks:	Notification of the entry into force of Decision No. 4 of 2008 of the Joint EFTA-Macedonia Committee concerning amendments to Protocol B concerning the definition of the concept of "originating products" and methods of administrative co-operation. Introduction of the pan-Euro-Mediterranean model protocol on rules of origin with the aim to allow diagonal cumulation among the countries of the pan-Euro-Mediterranean cumulation zone comprising Macedonia and the countries covered by the Stabilisation and Association process, the EU's policy for the Western Balkans (1), and the European Union, the EFTA States, Turkey, the Faroe Islands, and the countries or territories participating in the Euro-Mediterranean partnership based on the Barcelona Declaration, other than Turkey.(2) (1) Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia, including Kosovo as defined in UN Security Council Resolution 1244/99. (2) Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, West Bank and Gaza Strip.
