Remarks:	The Agreement on Economic Partnership for Shared Development (CADEPA) is a comprehensive free trade agreement proposed by China between China and African countries. CADEPA consists of four modules, namely, "More Facilitated Trade", "More Inclusive Growth", "More Resilient Supply Chain" and "More Modernized Sectors for Development". The CADEPA provides a long-term and comprehensive institutional guarantee for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation. The Early Harvest Arrangement for CADEPA is a part of the module of "More Facilitated Trade", signed and entered into force in advance of the completion of CADEPA. The Early Harvest Arrangement for CADEPA between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of the Congo consists of a preamble and provisions on Tariff Reduction, Rules of Origin and Implementation Procedures, Continuation of Negotiations, Administrative and Institutional Provisions, and Dispute Settlement.
