Remarks:	The Free Trade Agreement between Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, and the Kingdom of Norway and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (the "Agreement") establishes a free trade area for trade in goods within the meaning of Article XXIV of the GATT 1994 and trade in services within the meaning of Article V of the GATS. The Agreement was originally notified in WT/REG459/N/1. The Agreement was provisionally applied between the United Kingdom, Liechtenstein and Norway in relation to all provisions of the Agreement, except those which concern government procurement. This notification relates to a change to entry into force of the Agreement only as between the United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, and Norway in relation to all provisions of the Agreement, so as to include government procurement.
