Remarks:	In accordance with Paragraph 1(a) of the WTO Transparency Mechanism for Regional Trade Agreements (WT/L/671), the EFTA States (Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Kingdom of Norway and the Swiss Confederation) have the honour to inform the Members of the World Trade Organization of the start of negotiations on a Free Trade Agreement with the Mercosur States (the Argentine Republic, the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Republic of Paraguay and the Oriental Republic of Uruguay) on 13 June 2017 in Buenos Aires.
