Remarks:	The Government of the United States of America and the Republic of Korea, parties to the Free Trade Agreement between the United States of America and the Republic of Korea (notified to the Committee on Regional Trade Agreements on March 15, 2012), acting in accordance with Article 24.2 of the Agreement, on September 24, 2018 agreed to amend certain provisions of the Agreement. The modifications and clarifications relate to tariff elimination schedules, non-tariff measures in the automotive sector, and provisions regarding investment and trade remedies.
